Trinidad LNG Heads for Argentina

Trinidad and Tobago shipped an LNG cargo from the Point Fortin terminal to Argentina yesterday, according to shipping data. Trinidad and Tobago shipped an LNG cargo from the Point Fortin terminal to Argentina yesterday, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being carried by the Polar Spirit, an 89,880 cubic-meter tanker, and it is sailing to Argentina’s Escobar LNG terminal.

Point Fortin LNG terminal produced 14,664,884 mt of LNG in 2011.

The terminal consists of four trains and it has a capacity of 15.5 million mt per annum.
