Today, Ust-Luga Container Terminal (ULCT), a part of NCC group, handled the first CMA CGM call. Containership CHRISTOPHER with the capacity of 1440 TEU came to Ust-Luga port from Hamburg and then proceeded to St Petersburg. Within the first call to the terminal, CHRISTOPHER delivered 75 TEU.

The new schedule offers fixed fortnightly calls to ULCT as a part of FBLC service connecting the terminal and the largest Europe’s ports – Zeebrugge, Antwerp and Hamburg.

The launch of CMA CGM service at ULCT is an important milestone for the terminal’s development and for the entire container shipping sector in the North-West Russia. Today, one more customer can take advantage of ULCT’s modern equipment, geographical location and high service quality that allow to handle container cargos in the shortest possible time.
