Sway Turbine’s CTO Eystein Borgen will present the ST10 Turbine at the conference to be held in Bremen Germany on the 22nd-24th of October, 2012.
In his presentation, Eystein Borgen will cover an overview of the ST10 direct drive turbine. The large diameter generator with ironless stator core, generator and blade rotor integration, weight and cost advantages, and COE comparisons with other DD turbines will be addressed.
SWAY Turbine AS is a renewable energy company solely dedicated to develop and commercialize its 10MW gearless, light weight wind turbine. The 10 MW turbine is designed for both fixed seabed and floating installations and is scheduled to be commercially available before 2015.
