Executive Director Tommy Amstrup Laursen at Ramboll Oil & Gas Middle East has been selected as an expert panellist for the Qatar business panel at ADIPEC 2012. This is the largest event in the Middle East for the oil and gas industry, taking place in Abu Dhabi on November 11-14.
Tommy Amstrup Laursen will elaborate on business opportunities in Qatar with special focus on how to develop and support businesses through local network and successful in-country partnerships. The other panellists will be Hugh Fraser, Managing Partner of Hugh Fraser International; General Manager Youssif Saleh and Procurement Manager Christiaan van der Wouden from Qatar Shell.
Ramboll Oil & Gas is the largest independent consultancy in Qatar
Having established a presence in Qatar back in 1995, Ramboll Oil & Gas has vast experience with business development and market intelligence in the region. Representing the largest independent engineering consultancy in Qatar, Tommy Amstrup Laursen will discuss business opportunities in the Middle East from a consultancy point of view, adding relevant perspectives to the panel discussion.
ADIPEC is the largest event in the Middle East for the oil and gas industry with more than 4,000 delegates and 45,000 attendees coming from all over the world. The business panel is a new special feature at ADIPEC, and the organizers expect about 100 attendees from a wide range of international companies with an interest in establishing a presence in Qatar. Besides Qatar, the business panels also cover the U.A.E., Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.
The Qatar business panel takes place on Monday, November 12, at 11 am–1 pm in Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre.
