Even though many experts have predicted that the UK will face a skilled workforce shortage, Shrewsbury based employment agency, A&D Recruitment is proving them wrong.

Namely, the agency said that it has a lot of Offshore Wind engineers with no jobs. This shows a current positive trend in available skilled offshore wind workforce, which may be very good news for developers who are seeking competence and expertise in offshore wind industry.

As the offshore wind projects become larger in size and move further out in the sea, developers could face difficulty in delivering projects on schedules, when there are unclear profiles of the workers needed in order to reach their deadlines.
