BOURBON, a company which serves the needs of the most demanding clients in the oil and gas industry, announced that the BOURBON Board of Directors accepted Mr. Christian de Chateauvieux’s resignation effective November 7th 2012 at the board meeting on November 30th 2012.
He resigned from his position as Director, for personal reasons.
Mr. Christian de Chateauvieux has been a Director since 1990.
He had a role in BOURBON’s growth and the focus on offshore oil marine services.
All members of the Board of Directors thanked him for his commitment during his term in the office.
