Responding to client feedback and recommendation, Neptune have installed a new 10 Tonne x 8.0m “A“ Frame on the MV Neptune, enhancing her geotechnical capabilities by making provision for the safe deployment and recovery of most CPT and Vibrocore equipment.

The new “A“ Frame will also be suitable for deploying medium to large sized ROV‘s/ ROV crawlers, small Suction Dredging Equipment and placing seabed mattresses etc.

Also in response to client recommendation, an external 3 x 3 element transducer array is currently being installed in dry dock, to provide the highest quality Sub Bottom Profiler data.
