Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS) announced today that a contract, signed on 4 December 2012 with “Naftogaz of Ukraine” (Naftogaz) for construction of two semi-submersible drilling rigs, has been canceled.
Keppel FELS Limited said in a press release that the contract will not be taking effect as certain conditions within the set timeline were not met, stressing however, that Keppel will continue to seek opportunities to support Naftogaz in their E&P activities.
