OSX, a shipbuilding and offshore services company belonging to the EBX Group, has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification for its Engineering, Leasing and Development Unit, proof of the company´s commitment to comply with global standards for health and safety in the workplace, environmental protection, and quality of services.
This Business Unit is responsible for implementing projects involving the company´s own fleet and third-party vessels and for managing leasing contracts with company clients.

In 2012, OSX Serviços was also certified under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, besides the ISPS CODE (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code) and SPIE (Inhouse Equipment Inspection). These achievements contribute to ensure best practices for operating and maintaining the FPSO OSX-1 and other units in OSX´s fleet in compliance with the company´s sustainability guidelines.
