The Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority will meet tomorrow, May 23 in Richmond, reports the Associated Press.
The Authority will discuss recent activities relating to offshore wind power development, how to protect rare North Atlantic right whale as well as mapping of the ocean floor.
The meeting is open to the public and the board will receive public comment, however a portion of the Authority’s business may be discussed in closed session in accordance with FOIA.
