Ertech has secured a roadwork and earthworks contract with John Holland, for the Construction Village at the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project.
The contract, valued at an estimated $7.6 million, will create 20 jobs in Western Australia with two administrative positions in Perth and 18 located at the construction site.
The 3800-bed Construction Village is being built at the Ashburton North site, 12km west of Onslow in WA and in addition to accommodation units will include recreation centres, a football oval, swimming pool, tennis courts, medical centre and dining facilities.
Ertech has been contracted to provide roads and earthworks for the Village, with the scope including works for a number of roads, car parks, signage and line marking.
