South Korea to Get LNG Cargo from Qatar

South Korea, the world’s second biggest buyer of LNG, is due to get a liquefied natural gas cargo from Qatar on July 18, shipping data reveals. The 135,000 cbm Hyundai Cosmopia departed from Qatar’s Port of Ras Laffan on Wednesday and it is sailing to the Pyeongtaek LNG terminal. South Korea’s Pyeon

South Korea, the world’s second biggest buyer of LNG, is due to get a liquefied natural gas cargo from Qatar on July 18, shipping data reveals.

The 135,000 cbm Hyundai Cosmopia departed from Qatar’s Port of Ras Laffan on Wednesday and it is sailing to the Pyeongtaek LNG terminal.

South Korea’s Pyeongtaek LNG terminal is the country’s first LNG import terminal and it is operated by KOGAS.
