Chart to Deliver LNG Equipment to PetroChina

Chart Industries announced that its Distribution & Storage (D&S) business in China has been awarded a contract to provide self-contained liquefied natural gas (LNG) station modules to Kunlun Energy Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroChina’s Kunlun Energy.

The contract value of this order is in excess of $50 million and is in addition to the $45 million PetroChina order the Company received and announced in April 2013.

“This is the third major award from PetroChina in the last several quarters which highlights their continuing commitment to the LNG infrastructure build-out in China and we are very pleased they have chosen Chart again in recognition of our quality and product capabilities,” stated Tom Carey, President of Chart ‘s D&S Group .
