The week of the 8th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina devastating New Orleans, climate activists in Virginia Beach held a creative action to highlight the threat of a Katrina-level disaster in Hampton Roads.
Presenting two visions a child born today could face in their lifetime – a clean energy future or destroyed coastal communities – they urged Senators Kaine and Warner to support offshore wind power.
