Awilco LNG of Norway said that the 125,000 cubic meters, 1983 built steam turbine powered WilEnergy has been committed to a 9 month contract, with a 3 month option in charterer’s favor.
The annualized EBITDA contribution for the vessel is expected to be approximately MUSD 7.3. The contract is expected to commence 10 November, according to a statement.
The company also said that the 156,000 cubic meters, Tri Fuel Diesel Electric powered WilForce, has been fixed for its maiden voyage ending mid-December.
Awilco LNG continues the discussions for short to medium term contracts for the vessel, the company added.
