South Korean shipbuilding company Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) today revealed that it has entered into a new shipbuilding contract, this time with a European shipowner.
The value of the contract is estimated to be around $122 million and entails the construction of four Product Carriers (PC). The vessels should be delivered by the end of March 2016.
Just last week Hyundai Mipo won two big shipbuilding deals for the construction of 16 Medium Range (MR) tankers in total.
