New in 2013, the Rotomite 6000CD is representing the next generation of capability in SRS Crisafulli’s proven Rotomite product line.
The dredging industry asked for a Rotomite 6000 capable of continuous duty in abrasive applications, and this is the answer.
The operating platform is redesigned around a cast alloy slurry pump purpose-built for handling abrasives and six times heavier than the original. The internal discharge piping was replaced with heavy rubber lined slurry hose and rubber or chrome-carbide lined piping and fittings.
The pontoons are enlarged and strengthened to increase durability, deck height, and accessibility.
