UK: Conclusions of MMO Investigation Announced

After concerns from a member of the public, the Marine Management Organisation investigated four alleged breaches of the Marine Licence for dredging operations at Wells Harbour: 1) Deposit of unauthorised dredged material at Wells Harbour; 2) Height of dredged materials deposited at Wells Harbour; 3

After concerns from a member of the public, the Marine Management Organisation investigated four alleged breaches of the Marine Licence for dredging operations at Wells Harbour:

1) Deposit of unauthorised dredged material at Wells Harbour;

2) Height of dredged materials deposited at Wells Harbour;

3) Location of dredged materials deposited at Wells Harbour;

4) Declared Volumes of dredged materials at Wells Harbour.

The MMO have investigated these concerns and have concluded and confirmed to Wells Harbour Commissioners that these investigations are now closed with no further action to be taken.
