Croatian shipbuilding company Uljanik has entered into a contract with Marflet Marine from Spain for the construction of two 50,000 DWT MR vessels.
These IMO II type chemical tankers will be built by Uljanik’s subsidiary shipyard 3. Maj. The first one is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2015 and the second in 2016.
Marflet Marine already has five similar double-hulled vessels in its fleet, all built at Uljanik and classed by the Lloyd’s Register.
