Qatargas delivered the first LNG cargo to Singapore onboard the 266,000 cbm Umm Slal in March last year. The Singapore LNG terminal, owned and operated by Singapore LNG Corporation, began operations in May 2013 with two storage tanks and an initial throughput capacity of 3.5 million tonnes per annum

Qatargas delivered the first LNG cargo to Singapore onboard the 266,000 cbm Umm Slal in March last year.

The Singapore LNG terminal, owned and operated by Singapore LNG Corporation, began operations in May 2013 with two storage tanks and an initial throughput capacity of 3.5 million tonnes per annum.

The third tank and additional regasification facilities have been completed and are now operational, increasing the throughput capacity of the LNG terminal to 6 Mtpa.
