Hoegh Holds Another FSRU Naming Ceremony

Höegh LNG said on Tuesday that the naming ceremony for “ Höegh Gallant “, the third of the four large size FSRUs that the company has under construction at Hyundai Heavy Industries, took place at HHI’s Ulsan shipyard in South Korea.

The company yesterday named the second of the four large and modern FSRUs that it has under construction at HHI.

“ Höegh Gallan t” is on schedule for delivery end July 2014.

Sveinung J.S. Støhle , CEO and President of Höegh LNG , said: “Höegh LNG is pleased to see that there is high interest in a growing FSRU market for this unit and we are currently offering the “Höegh Gallant” to several near term LNG import projects, and look forward to taking delivery of the markets most modern FSRU in Q3 2014.”
