Trinidad and Tobago’s Point Fortin LNG terminal shipped a cargo of liquefied natural gas to Spain on Wednesday, according to shipping data.
The cargo is being hauled by the 135,423 cubic-meter Madrid Spirit, and it is due to arrive at the Bilbao LNG terminal on April 20.
Atlantic LNG, the operator of Trinidad’s only LNG export facility, produces LNG from natural gas delivered from fields in and around Trinidad and Tobago to the company’s four-train liquefaction facility in Point Fortin, on the southwest coast of Trinidad.
