Trinidad shipped an LNG cargo from the Point Fortin terminal to Kuwait on Saturday, according to shipping data.
The cargo is being carried by the 138,000 cbm Sestao Knutsen , and it is due to arrive at the Mina Al-Ahmadi LNG terminal on June 27.
Excelerate Energy designed and constructed the Mina Al-Ahmadi GasPort (MAAGP). Located approximately 20 miles south of Kuwait City, MAAGP was Kuwait’s first LNG import terminal.
It delivers regasified LNG at a baseload rate of up to 500 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) through high-pressure gas arm.
