India: Dahej LNG to Receive Cargo

The Dahej LNG terminal, owned by India’s biggest liquefied natural gas importer, Petronet LNG, will get a cargo of LNG from Qatar onboard the 138,097 cbm Disha on Thursday, according to shipping data. Petronet received environmental clearance from India’s Ministry of Environment & Forests this year

The Dahej LNG terminal, owned by India’s biggest liquefied natural gas importer, Petronet LNG, will get a cargo of LNG from Qatar onboard the 138,097 cbm Disha on Thursday, according to shipping data.

Petronet received environmental clearance from India’s Ministry of Environment & Forests this year for doubling the capacity of the Dahej LNG import terminal.

The company plans to increase the capacity of the LNG terminal to 20 mtpa from 10 mtpa at present.
