COSCO Guangdong Shipyard has launched VOS Pace, the first of six Platform Support Vessels (PSV) under construction at the shipyard to be delivered to Vroon Offshore Services (VOS).
VOS Pace is an Ulstein PX121 design PSV, currently under construction at the shipyard for Vroon Offshore Services.
The vessels are scheduled for delivery in 2015 and are intended for operation in European waters.

VOS is an offshore-services supplier, with the geographical focus primarily on the North Sea, the Mediterranean and South-East Asia.
VOS operates approximately 90 vessels in four main categories: platform-supply vessels, anchor-handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels, emergency response and rescue vessels (ERRV) and subsea-support vessels (SSV).
Over 55 new vessels have been delivered to the fleet since 2007, while older vessels have been divested.
