Switzerland-based owner ABC Maritime has ordered construction of four 4,900dwt asphalt carriers. The carriers will be built by Chinese yard AVIC Dingheng Shipbuilding. The price tag of the newbuilds has not yet been revealed. Bureau Veritas will class the vessels, which have been slated for delivery

The company has three oil, ashpalt and chemical tankers in its fleet.
