Seatronics do Brasil announced collaboration with EdgeTech to provide customers and users in Brazil, technical and repair support as an EdgeTech Authorized Service Centre.
Seatronics has received EdgeTech factory training, will stock key spare parts, and has a cable and connector repair and replacement facility. Seatronics are located in Macaé, RJ.
EdgeTech customers in Brazil will now have the option to have Seatronics help them with troubleshooting along with service and repair of their sonars.
EdgeTech may also ask Seatronics do Brasil to handle some of their warranty repairs, with the goal of reducing the cost and time required to return sonars to their factory in the USA.
