The Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult has appointed Andrew Walls to its senior management as finance director.
Walls will take on responsibility for many of ORE Catapult’s business functions such as finance, HR and procurement and legal.
Andrew Walls trained with the global firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with both private and public sectors delivering audit, financial diligence and consultancy assignments for the firm in the UK and abroad.
Andrew Walls said: “We have a pivotal role to play in driving forward the adoption of cost effective offshore renewable energy and our goal is clear – sustainable offshore renewable energy for the UK, coupled with job creation and exportable skills.”
ORE Catapult is the UK’s technology innovation and research centre for offshore wind, wave and tidal energy.
