GasLog and GasLog Partners, the owners and operators of liquefied natural gas carriers, elected directors at their annual meetings held in New York.
GasLog’s elected directors are Peter G. Livanos, Bruce L. Blythe, Paul J. Collins, William M. Friedrich, Dennis M. Houston, Donald J. Kintzer, Julian R. Metherell, Anthony S. Papadimitriou, Philip S. Radziwill and Paul A. Wogan. Each director was elected to hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders or until his successor has been duly elected and qualified, the company said in a statement.
GasLog Partners, a unit od GasLog, informed that its elected directors are Robert B. Allardice III as a Class I Director, Pamela Gibson as a Class II Director and Daniel Bradshaw as a Class III Director to hold office until the 2016, 2017 and 2018 annual meetings, respectively.
Deloitte LLP has been named as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015 for both GasLog and GasLog Partners, until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
