Oslo-based Höegh LNG has appointed Christopher G. Finlayson to its Board of Directors.
Finlayson will be a member of the Governance, Compliance and Compensation Committee, Höegh LNG said in a statement.
Guy D. Lafferty has resigned as a director of the company and has been appointed alternate director to Morten W. Høegh, Andrew Jamieson and Chris Finlayson.
Lafferty will continue being a member of the Audit Committee.
Höegh LNG’s Board now consists of seven members.
