Total gas sales volume by Tokyo Gas of Japan for the month of April came to about 1,324.913 million m3, up 1.6% from the same month in 2014.
In the residential sector, volume totaled 354.612 million m3, up 3.1% on year, while in the business sector, volume totaled 201.967 million m3, almost equal (up 0.2%) to that in April 2014, the company said in its report.
In the industrial sector, volume totaled 589.047 million m3, up 1.2% on year. Volume for wholesale supply to other gas companies totaled 179.286 million m3, up 1.7% from April last year.
