Alam Maritim Resources said it has recently entered into a sub-contract with Petronas for the company’s first floating liquefied natural gas (PFLNG 1) facility.
Alam Maritim (M), a unit of Alam Maritim Resources, has been awarded subcontract works for the engineering, procurement, installation and related activities for the FLNG offshore works – mooring system installation.
The award value of the sub-contract is RM49.0 million, the company said in a filing to the stock exchange.
The subcontract works will begin on May 20 and will last until September 15 this year, Alam Maritim added.
