Oceanology International 2016, marine technology and ocean science exhibition and conference, has set the deadline for the submission of 300-word abstracts for the conference.

The call for submission of abstracts is open, and will run until August 28, 2015.

The abstract proposal should include a description of the proposed presentation, results/conclusions, and the technical category most applicable to the abstract from the list of sessions.

Submissions should be technical in nature as ‘commerical pitches’ will not be selected, it is stated in the call.

Programmes under consideration for abstract submittal include, amongst others:

The focus of Marine Renewables topic is put on the installation, survey, monitoring and maintenance of offshore renewable installations technology, especially in respect of the reliability challenges associated with taking renewable energy systems in deeper and more challenging environments.

The free to attend Oceanology International 2016 technical programme will include insights and case studies from industry, government and academic experts.

Oceanology International 2016 conference will be held from March 15-17, at ExCeL conference center in London.

Oceanology International is the global forum where industry, academia and government share knowledge and connect with the marine technology and ocean science community, improving their strategies for measuring, exploiting, protecting and operating in the world’s oceans.
