Pakistan State Oil company issued a tender on Monday seeking the supply of 60 cargoes of LNG starting in 2016.
According to the tender document, PSO is looking to secure one LNG cargo per month for the period from 2016 to 2020 to the Engro Elengy operated FSRU located at the Port Qasim, Karachi.
The 151,000 cbm FSRU Exquisite provided by Excelerate Energy has a 690 mmscf/d sendout capacity.
PSO stated that the cargoes, delivered on a DES (ex-ship) basis should be up to 140,185 cbm in volume.
Deadline for the submission of bids has been set to December 9, 2015, the tender document reveals.
