Matheson Trucking expands LNG fleet

Matheson Trucking informed on Monday it has expanded its natural gas tractors fleet with the addition of 37 new tractors.

Matheson Trucking informed on Monday it has expanded its natural gas tractors fleet with the addition of 37 new tractors.

According to the company statement, it has added 12 liquefied natural gas powered tractors and 25 new compressed natural gas powered tractors to its fleet.

The 12 LNG Kenworth T880 day cabs have been deployed in Oakland, California since January.

The 17 out of 25 CNG Kenworth T680’s have been deployed in Boise, Idaho while the additional eight vehicles will be delivered and used in the company’s Los Angeles and Seattle operations.
