Leif Hoegh & Co. increases stake in Hoegh LNG

Höegh LNG on Wednesday said that Leif Höegh & Co., a primary in the company, purchased 67,060 common company shares on March 15, 2016, at a price of NOK 91.50 (approximately US$10.7) per share.

Höegh LNG on Wednesday said that Leif Höegh & Co., a primary in the company, purchased 67,060 common company shares on Tuesday at a price of NOK 91.50 (US$10.7) per share.

Leif Höegh & Co. is indirectly controlled by Leif O. Høegh and by a family trust under which Morten W. Høegh is the primary beneficiary, the company said in a statement.

LHC is represented on the company board by Morten W. Høegh (Chairman) and Leif O. Høegh (Deputy Chairman) due to the ownership stake in Höegh which has risen to 41.56 percent following the latest transaction.

Leif Höegh & Co. now holds a total of 31,933,849 shares in Höegh LNG and 287,500 common units in Höegh LNG Partners.

In addition, Leif O. Høegh and Morten W. Høegh each holds 4,356 shares in Höegh LNG personally.

The percentages have been calculated based on a total of 76,829,236 shares in issue, Höegh LNG said.
