The 10th Bristol Tidal Energy Forum will provide an opportunity to hear from experts and industry leaders from tidal energy sector, while offering updates on tidal energy developments.
The forum, hosted by Burges Salmon, will feature speakers including Tim Cornelius, CEO of Atlantis Resources, and Martin Murphy, Managing Director of Tidal Energy Ltd.
Sjoerd Keiser, Commercial Director of Tocardo, as well as Sue Barr, Environment and External Affairs Manager at OpenHydro, will also speak at the conference during the first session on technology developer updates.
The event also includes Future UK Energy Outlook debate, chaired by Regen SW Director, Johnny Gowdy, during which a number of challenges the UK energy sector is facing will be addressed, including uncertainty in current UK energy policy, the impact of a potential ‘Brexit’ on the renewables sector, as well as the question of the energy trilemma.
The event will take place on April 26, 2016.
