K2 Management Bags Korean Offshore Wind Deal

K2 Management has been awarded a contract from Korea Offshore Wind Power (KOWP) who is developing the Korea Offshore Wind Power Project, located 11 kilometres off the South Korean west coast in the Yellow Sea. K2 Management has been awarded a contract from Korea Offshore Wind Power (KOWP) who is developing the Korea Offshore Wind Power Project, located 11 kilometres off the South Korean west coast in the Yellow Sea.

The total planned project capacity is 2.5GW installed over three rounds.

K2 Management Wind Analysis team will conduct an independent energy yield assessment for the first round of the project to provide KOWP with the necessary comfort about the estimated energy production.

The company will also review the production estimate and the assumptions applied by Lender’s Technical Advisor (LTA).
