GTT opens Shanghai office

The French LNG containment specialist, GTT, on Monday said it has opened its office in China.

The French LNG containment specialist, GTT, on Monday said it has opened its office in China.

According to the company’s statement, the LNG market in China is growing as the country looks to reduce it emissions.

By opening the China office GTT is looking to take advantage of the growing market.

GTT has already collaborated with Chinese shipbuilder Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding on LNG carrier construction.

Philippe Berterottière , Chairman and CEO of GTT said, “GTT wants now to contribute to the development of LNG as a fuel in the country. This is why the company is opening an office in Shanghai.”
