Weekly U.S. offshore rig count unchanged

Offshore rig count in the U.S. was unchanged last week, according to Baker Hughes and its Weekly Rig Count

BHI Rig Count: U.S. -3 to 421 rigs

U.S. Rig Count is down 3 rigs from last week to 421, with oil rigs down 7 to 330, gas rigs up 4 to 90, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 1.

U.S. Rig Count is down 438 rigs from last year at 859, with oil rigs down 298, gas rigs down 138, and miscellaneous rigs down 2. The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is 21, unchanged from last week, and down 7 rigs year over year.

BHI Rig Count: Canada +7 to 76 rigs

Canadian Rig Count is up 7 rigs from last week to 76, with oil rigs up 8 to 36, gas rigs down 1 to 39, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 1.

Canadian Rig Count is down 59 rigs from last year at 135, with oil rigs down 40, gas rigs down 20, and miscellaneous rigs up 1.
