The new chief executive of Houston-based LNG export player Cheniere, Jack Fusco on Monday announced his new executive leadership team.

Jack Fusco became Cheniere’s CEO in May this year replacing Neal Shear, who served as the company’s interim president and CEO since December 2015, when Cheniere parted ways with Charif Souki.

“I am excited to announce Cheniere’s new executive team, who will help us achieve our vision to be recognized as the premier global LNG company,” said Fusco. “This is a natural evolution for the company as we transition from a development to an operating company and align our vision with shareholders,” he added.

Michael Wortley, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer, will become executive vice president and chief financial officer, responsible for guiding long-term financial strategy and increasing financial transparency, Cheniere said in its statement.

Anatol Feygin, currently senior vice president, strategy and corporate development will become executive vice president and chief commercial officer, responsible for optimizing Cheniere’s assets and margin capture by focusing on “continued innovation and underwriting new liquefaction capacity.”

Tom Bullis will take the role of executive vice president and chief administrative officer, while Ed Lehotsky will become senior vice president, engineering and construction, the statement said.

Doug Shanda will become senior vice president, while Chad Zamarin will take the role of senior vice president, pipeline.

Cheniere also appointed Sean Markowitz as the company’s general counsel and corporate secretary.

Corey Grindal will become senior vice president, gas supply, the statement reads.
