On 22 September, Jan De Nul installed the last foundation at the Nobelwind wind farm, developed by Parkwind.

All 51 foundations have been fitted with the associated transition pieces for the installation of the MHI Vestas V112-3.3MW turbines.

The offshore high voltage substation (OHVS) for Belgian Nobelwind offshore wind project, also known as Belwind 2 or Bligh Bank II, was installed earlier this month.

Parkwind expects to finalize the project in the first half of 2017.

Nobelwind is owned by Parkwind, Japanese Sumitomo Corporation and Dutch investment fund Meewind.
