Kosan Crisplant and Korea LNG Solution signed a detailed co-operation agreement for cooperation on the development of LNG bunkering and equipment in Korea.

The deal follows a memorandum of understanding signed by the two companies in June with the intention of mutually exploring and benefitting from each other’s strengths within the LNG market, Kosan Crisplant said in its statement.

Under the agreement, the two companies intend to cooperate on the development, manufacturing and sale of LNG bunkering equipment for the development of small-scale LNG as bunker fuel for ships in the Republic of Korea over the course of a four-year period.

Kosan Crisplant’s LNG manager, Lars Sall noted that the agreement enables the company to provide its liquefied natural gas solution on a much larger scale.
