Galileo Global Technologies said that Spatco Energy Solutions acquired the right to distribute Galileo natural gas conversion equipment in North America.
Spatco will also continue to provide service and installation services for Galileo LNG and CNG technology, according to Galileo’s statement.
Jeff Dailey, president and CEO of Spatco Energy Solutions has been named distribution general manager for Galileo across the United States and Canada.
Steve Childers has been named director of distribution for Galileo with responsibility for sales, site planning, and installation.
