Clean Energy Fuels, one of the largest providers of natural gas fuel for transportation in North America said it has signed two deals to fuel LNG trucks in California and Texas.

The California-based company signed a multi-year fueling agreement with Frank C. Alegre Trucking to supply LNG for their five new trucks.

These trucks are Alegre’s first natural gas vehicles and will be used for their bulk food hauling operations throughout Southern California, Clean Energy said in its statement.

As per the second deal, Texas Gas Transport, an LNG hauler based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, has signed a fueling agreement for Clean Energy for six of its LNG trucks delivering fuel to El Paso, Texas.

Texas Gas Transport specializes in providing fueling solutions to locations where the pipeline does not provide gas service, including to the shipping, drilling and power generation industries, the statement said.
