Olympic Ship’s wholly owned subsidiary, Olympic Athene, has sold the multifunctional subsea support & construction vessel ‘Olympic Athene’ to Swire Pacific Offshore.
The Olympic Athene, of MT 6022 MKII design, was built by Kleven Verft in 2013. The vessel has a length of 115,4 meters and a beam of 22 meters.
It has accommodation capacity for 102 people.
As Olympic informed, the delivery of the vessel to the new owner has taken place on Tuesday, December 06, 2016.
The sale will give immaterial accounting effect for the Q4 2016 results, and a net positive cash effect of NOK 70 mill after repayment of debt.
