Belgium’s Zeebrugge liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal is set to receive a reloaded cargo from the Grain terminal in the UK, at least that is what the shipping data currently shows.

The 74,500-cbm GDF Suez Global Energy, owned by French utility and LNG player Engie, is expected to deliver the reloaded cargo to the Zeebrugge terminal on January 14, according to the shipping data provided by the Port of Zeebrugge.

The vessel is currently en route from France to the Grain LNG terminal in Kent where it is expected to arrive during the weekend.

Engie has capacity rights both at National Grid’s Grain LNG terminal and the Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge facility.

Grain LNG started offering reloading services to customers in April 2015, the first time such a service had been offered in the UK.
