Iceni Marine’s latest addition to the fleet, Iceni Legend, was launched on 7 April.
Iceni Legend is a South Boats IOW 23m crew transfer vessel (CTV) built by Alicat Workboats in Great Yarmouth.
The vessel features twin MAN V12-1400 main engines coupled Servogear HD295 reduction ‘V’ drive gearboxes driving a Servogear Ecoflow Propulsor system with 1225mm CPP propellers for speeds in excess of 30 knots, efficient cruising speeds coupled to high bollard pull capability.
Iceni Legend is the fourth 23m CTV Iceni Marine Services ordered from South Boats IOW and Alicat Workboats.
At the beginning of November 2016, South Boats IOW and Alicat Workboats launched the Iceni Defender, ordered in February 2016. Iceni Defender is a sister vessel of Iceni Venture and Iceni Vengeance . In March 2016, Iceni Marine ordered the fourth vessel .
