DOF Subsea North America has been awarded of a 5-month contract for Skandi Chieftain in Canada.
Skandi Chieftain, which was re-flagged under the Canadian flag in 2016, is a multi-purpose vessel operated by DOF Subsea Canada.
The contract is scheduled to start in June 2017, the provider of integrated subsea services said on Wednesday.
The chief executive officer of DOF Subsea, Mons S. Aase , added: “With reference to the press release published on 2 June 2017 regarding the charter extension and contract awards for Harvey Deep Sea, the contract award for Skandi Chieftain further strengthens the expectation of improved financial performance in the North America region going forward.”
