Oceanteam has concluded the sale of its engineering and consultancy company KCI the Engineers B.V. to Royal IHC.
The transaction, under the terms of which IHC acquires all of the outstanding share capital of KCI, has been closed on Monday, January 15, 2018.
The transaction has been closed through signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and ancillary documents, Oceanteam informed.
IHC plans to maintain KCI as an independent brand and operating company which will continue to serve external clients whilst also working on IHC projects.
Oceanteam will use the proceeds of the sale to improve the company’s liquidity and to reduce outstanding debts.
